  PLEASE BE AWARE OF YES MOBILITY DINNINGTON. My grandad sent his mobility scooter here for repair. The sales man advised him that his scooter couldn't be repaired but they would waiver the call out charge of £39 if they could keep the scooter for Spair parts, taking there professional advise he let them have it. 2 weeks later he was passing the shop he noticed his scooter outside for sale for £500 So he called in to ask them what was going on. The sales man introduced himself as mr Denmans son and told him his father had told him not to put the scooter outside due to the sensitive nature he obtained it but he put it out by accident and would be in trouble if his dad new what he had done. So he apologised and offered to return the scooter with no charge and they did the same day. At this point the owner Mr Kristian Denman was on holiday. On mr Denmans return from holiday he was annoyed the scooter had been returned and went round to my granddads and threatend him. My grandad is in his 80s and is disabled We tried to speak to me Denman on a few accaisions but he was abusive and unapproachable. He blamed us for his salesmans mistake and has been threatening us with court action for money he has lost. Mr Denman has also dismissed his son for returning the scooter and his son has is now taking legal action against my grandad for loosing his job and wanting financial compensation but is still present in the shop everyday. This has caused a lot of distress to my grandad. I believe a mobility company has a duty of care to the disabled and elderly all we received from Yes mobility Dinington and Mr Denman was deception, bullying and loads of anxiety. My advise would be stay well away from yes mobility Dinington.

  Excellent service! Kristian Denman was curteous and couldn't do enough to help me. He took my old unreliable scooter which had let me down on a few occasions becaue of battery trouble and genarally being old. I traded this in and Mr Denman knocked off a huge amount towards my new scooter, I was delighted as the amount I received off was far more than I could expect if I had sold it privately. Thank you so much! Jenny W
