- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-02-20, by DAVID dayAfter viewing the showroom an appointment was made to measure and design our bathroom. The sales manager never arrived and only when we rang the shop did he come later that evening. We agreed on a design and fitments that we had viewed and he said he would let us have a quote by the weekend or beginning of the following week- that is now nearly 5 weeks ago!! What a waste of time!!!
